4.Jordon Ibe

Few rises have been as meteoric as Raheem Sterling's in recent seasons. From academy graduate to England Wold Cup star, Sterling has flourished in Brendan Rodgers' fluid, flowing Liverpool team.

With Luis Suarez now gone, a bigger role surely awaits this season.

One man who will have taken a keen interest in Sterling's progress will have been Jordon Ibe.

Just 18, Ibe spent the majority of last season on loan at Birmingham, scoring once in 11 appearances, while he also made two outings for Liverpool – once in the Premier League and once in the Capital One Cup.
Blessed with electric pace and a keen eye for a pass, Ibe made his Wycombe debut aged just 15 before his move to Anfield and has been tipped to earn an England call-up in the near future. Liverpool appears the perfect place for him; Rodgers' fluid football suits his style of play and has already brought the best out of the likes of Jordan Henderson and Sterling.

Despite a summer of upheaval, Rodgers has a history of giving young players a chance and allowing them to prosper, with Ibe the next in line.

The opportunity to take the Premier League by storm, he just has to grab it.
